摘    要:作者研究了1月、6月和12月三个不同年龄组的BALB/c小鼠的肝细胞结构。利用计量形态学方法在光镜与电镜两个水平上对肝细胞整体及重要细胞器的年龄变化进行定量分圻,发现在所观察的结构参数中大部分随年龄而发生动力学变化。文中讨论了某些变化的可能意义。

Abstract:Observation on the aging changes of hepatocytes is carried out by morphometry at both cell and subcellular lever, using female BALB/c mice. Among 3 groups of mice studied, 1-, 6- and 12-month-old ones are considered as baby, young and adult animals, respectively. Five types of aging changes are revealed: (a) Increase between 1 and 6 months of age and then decrease between 6 and 12 months of age, which is found in the average volume of cells and nuclei, volume density of lysosomes and Golgi area, surface density and numerical density of mitochondria; (b) Decrease between 1 and 6 months of age and then increase between 6 and 12 months of age, such as average volume of mitochondria; (c) Decrease with age, obsreved in the volume density of hepatocytes, lipid droplets, and microbodies; (d) Increase with age, such as volume density of nuclei; (e) ,Remaining .costant throughout the ages examined, which is found in the volume density of mitochondria and surface density of rough endoplasmic reticulum. Some of the chages are discussed as to their significance.
