外源性GM_3/GD_3对人肝癌培养细胞蛋白激酶活性的影响

摘    要:GM_3/GD_3在体外对部分纯化的酪氨酸蛋白激酶(TPK)和蛋白激酶C(PKC)都有激活作用。GM_3处理细胞4d后,完整细胞TPK活性未出现大改变,而PKC的活性则大幅度上升,为对照组的88倍;同样条件下经GD_3处理后,TPK的活性下降,为对照组的0.66倍,而PKC活性则上升,为对照组的43倍。上述结果表明,GM_3/GD_3对不同蛋白激酶活性的影响互不相同,对同一蛋白激酶在不同条件下的影响也互不相同。

Abstract:Both GM_3 and GD_3 can activate partially purified PCK ad TPK in vitro. After four-day treatment by GM_3 the activity of TPK remained unchanged,but the activity of PKC was 88-fold higher than that of the control;after the same treatment with GD_3,the activity of TPK decreased one fold,while the activity of PKC increased 43 folds. The results mentioned above indicated that GM_3/GD_3 had different effects on different protein kinases and showed an opposite tendency toward the two enzvmes.
