| 摘 要： | 副干酪乳杆菌(Lactobacillus paracasei)属于乳杆菌属中的干酪乳杆菌(Lactobacillus casei)群。本文简单介绍了副干酪乳杆菌的分布、分类学地位及其主要鉴定手段,综述了该菌种及其细菌素和质粒在L-乳酸的工业生产、食品发酵及防腐、医疗保健、废料的循环利用和科学研究等方面的应用。

| Abstract: | Lactobacillus paracasei belongs to the Lactobacillus casei group, Lactobacillus genus of LAB. In this article, the distribution, taxonomy status and main means for identification of this species were briefly introduced. The applications of this species, including its bacteriocin and plasmid, in L-lactic acid industrial production, food ferment and antisepsis, medical treatment and health care, waste recycle and scientific research were concluded. |
