摘    要:植物激素能调控形态发生已被人们所承认,光在植物形态发生中所起的作用也正在被人们所重视。本文简要报道不同激素浓度及光质对烟草叶片不定芽发生的效应。实验材料为普通烟草(Nicotiana tabacum.L.)试管苗,取7×8 mm的叶子,切去叶柄作为外植体,每瓶接3片,每组重复8瓶,取平均值。MS培养基附加BA和NAA,激素浓度配比(BA/NAA)分别为0/0,0.50/0.05,1.00/0.10,2.00/0.20,单位均为毫克/升(mg/1)。光源选择复旦大学电光源研究所特制的荧光灯附加滤光装置,应用先进的自动光谱辐射

Abstract:The regeneration of adventitious budsfrom leaf explants of Nicotiana tabacum wasstudied in response to varying concentrationsof plant hormones and different light quality.It was found that the plant hormones was akey factor in organogenesis.On the MS me-dium without hormones,no organs were ini-tiated.When the concentrations of the hor-mones were at low and middle levels (BA0.5/NAA 0.05,BA 1.0/NAA 0.1),the lightshow remarkable effects on the organogenesis,but while the concentration of hormone washigh (BA 2.0/NAA 0.2),the effects of lightwere covered by those of hormones.In thissituation,the hormones played a qualitativerole in the bud formation and the light didquantitatively.
