| Abstract: | Kethoxalation produces a restriction in splitting of phosphodiester bonds between modified Gp and 3′ neighbouring nucleotide irrespectively of the chemical nature of the latter. Possible applications of this observation for analysis of primary structure of ribonucleic acids and polynucleotides are discussed. |
