摘    要:本文研究了小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞对正常人极低密度脂蛋白(N-VLDL)两种亚组分VLDL_1和VLDL_3的代谢。两种亚组分都能以受体方式和非特异性方式被巨噬细胞摄取和降解。在受体途径中以VLDL_1的摄入量居多。对胞内甘油三酯(TG)的堆积作用以VLDL_1较强,对胆固醇酶(CE)的堆积则以VLDL_3较强。表明两者在促进巨噬细胞向泡沫细胞转变中的作用有所不同。

Abstract:The effect of N-VLDL subfractions, VLDL_1 (Sf100—400) and VLDL_3 (Sf20—60), on triglyceride (TG) and cholesteryl ester (CE) accumlation in mouse peritoneal macrophages (MPM) was studied. Both VLDL_1 and VLDL_3 were taken up and degraded by mouse peritoneal macrophage via a specific and a non-specific pathway, but higher affinity or capacity was observed with VLDL_1, and VLDL_1 promoted accumlation of more cellular TG and CE than VLDL_3 when MPM were incubated with VLDL_1 or VLDL_3 (50μg pro/mL) in the presence of BBA. However, in the absence of BBA and incubation for a Ionger time, cellular CE accumulation was observed only in MPM incubated with VLDL_3. Thus, there were many differences between VLDL_1 and VLDL_3 in their metabolism by macrophages. VLDL_1 promoted more triglyceride but less cholesteryl ester accumulation than VLDL_3. They may have different contribution to the formation of foam cells.
