摘    要:对组织工程血管的参数监测在血管的培养过程中有着重要的意义。传统的仪表硬件系统能对反应器部分参数进行测量,但仍存在一些不足之处,本文通过分析确定血管生物反应器的监控参数,并利用虚拟仪器技术及LabVIEW软件开发平台构建了血管组织工程参数监测系统,该系统在实际应用中表明:系统简捷、运行稳定,能够监测血管的体外培养并达到了预定的精度要求。Labview的

Abstract:It plays a crucial role of tissue engineered blood vessel parameter monitoring in the process of blood vessel cultivation. The traditional hardware instrument systems can measure part of the parameters of the bioreactor but still remain some limitations. In this article, we analyze and then settle the monitoring parameters of the blood vessel bioreactor, develop a novel blood vessel tissue engineering parameters monitoring system on the base of virtual instrument tech and Labview software development platform. In the practical use, the result indicates that the system is not only simple but also runs stable,it can measure process of blood vessel culture in vitro and meets the scheduled precision demand.
