| Abstract: | Zusammenfassung Ein low-density-Lipoprotein wurde aus Eigelb isoliert. Dieses Lipoprotein antagonisiert ionentransportierende Antibiotica durch Bindung außerhalb der Zelle. Ebenso werden Lipid-Farbstoffe gebunden, nicht aber das synthetische Dicyclohexyl-18-crown-6, das ebenfalls Kaliumionen komplexiert. Die Bindung der Antibiotica an das Lipoprotein wird diskutiert.
Metabolic products of microorganisms Summary A low-density-lipoprotein was isolated from hens egg yolk. This lipoprotein antagonizes ion-transporting antibiotics through extracellular binding. It also binds lipid-dyes, but not the synthetic potassium-complexing compound Dicyclohexyl-18-crown-6. The binding of antibiotics to the lipoprotein is being discussed.
