| Abstract: | In rats with an incomplete brain ischemia and subsequent reperfusion, the platelets sensitivity to the ADP decreased more obviously during the postischemic reperfusion. The platelets seem to be transformed into a refraction state after their activation in brain ischemia. The platelets refraction state might depend on a secondary activation of the nitric oxide-synthase in the platelets. |
