| Abstract: | The paraffin slice was a biological slice making technology commonly used in In situ RT-PCR.This article briefly elaborated the In situ RT-PCR principle,as well as the appropriate flow of paraffin slice making for the In situ RT-PCR.And the questions that were easy appeared in the paraffin making and the solutions were brief elaboration. |
