摘    要:玻碳电极在活化后,在pH=5.6的柠檬酸-磷酸二氢钠缓冲体系中,在-0.8—0.1V范围内进行循环伏安扫描,可观察到明显的准可逆氧化还原峰,峰电流与扫速成正比。实验表明,VB2在玻碳电极表面有弱吸附现象,VB2浓度与峰电流在1.0×10^-5~2.0×10^-4moL/L之间线性关系较好,最低检测隈为5.0×10^-7mol/L。

Abstract:With activated electrode and citric acid/Nail2 PO4 (pH 5.6 ) buffer system, CV scan with GCE was carried out in the range of -0. 8 V to 0. 1 V. Quasi-reversible redox peak was clearly observed. Peak current was proportional to scan rate. The experiment also showed a phenomenon of weak adsorption of vitamin B2 on the GCE surface. There was a linear relation between Vitamin B2 concentration and peak current between 1.0 ×10^-5mol/L to 2.0 ×10^-4mol/L mol/L. The determination limit was 5.0 ×10^-7mol/L.
