| Abstract: | A rabbit serum protein (Prt) that migrates ahead of transferrin in polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis is inherited in a simple Mendelian fashion. The gene for this protein is linked to the gene for the Ig kappa light chain and the degree of linkage is calculated as 23.5 +/- 4.7 centimorgans. |
