| 摘 要： | 从根霉3078菌丝体的甲醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物，通过波谱分析，鉴定为5α，8α-表二氧-(20S，22E，24R)-麦角甾-6，22-二烯-3β-醇(1)、甘油醇-1-单油酸酯(2)、4-羟基苯乙酮(3)、4-羟基苯乙酸(4)、(20S，22E，24R)-麦角甾-7，22-二烯-3β，5α，6β三醇(5)、(S)-3-羟基-3-苯基丙酸(6)、胸腺嘧啶(7)、尿嘧啶(8)和腺苷(9)。

| Abstract: | Nine compounds were isolated from the methanol extract of the mycelium of Rhizopus arrhizus 3078. On the basis of spectral data, they were determined to be 5 α, 8α-epidioxy-(20 S, 22E, 24R )-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol (1), ( 9Z)-glycerin- 1-monooleate ( 2 ), 4-hydroxyacetophenone ( 3 ), 4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid ( 4 ), ( 20S, 22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-dien-3β,5α,6β-triol (5), (S)-3-hydroxy-3-phenylpropionic acid (6),thymine (7),uracil (8)and adenosine (9). |
