摘    要:从自然界中筛选出可分泌高产木聚糖酶的黑曲霉,并对其产酶条件和酶学特性进行优化和分析.结果表明:该菌株培养48 h后,所产的木聚糖酶比酶活最高,达到1645.66 U/g;通过培养基的优化,其比酶活达到了2 698.28 U/g.最优培养基组成(质量分数):麸皮75.0%、玉米12.5%、豆粕12.5%.该酶的最适温度为37℃,最适pH为4.5.

Abstract:The microbes with high levels of xylanase production were selected.The results showed that Aspergillus niger,xylanase was isolated with the high activity of 1 645.66 U/g at 48 h cultivatiion(P<0.05).Xylanase activity reached 2 698.28 U/g after medium selection(P<0.05).The optimal medium composition(in mass)was wheat bran 75.0%,corn 12.5%,and soybean meal 12.5%.The optimal temperature and pH were 37 ℃ and 4.5,respectively(P<0.05).
