摘    要:研究青叶胆中齐墩果酸的提取工艺及其结构鉴定。用体积分数95%乙醇回流提取2次,每次1.5 h,减压回收乙醇后用水洗涤得沉降物。用YCXY-2号除杂剂处理后,加活性炭脱色30 min 2次,经凝析分离、纯化精制得齐墩果酸产品。采用理化常数测定和薄层色谱、红外光谱、质谱及核磁共振光谱鉴定试样的化学结构,确定实验所得产品为齐墩果酸,而齐墩果酸为青叶胆的主要化学成分。

Abstract:The extraction process of oleanolic acid from Swertia mileensis was investigated and its structure was identified.Samples of Swertiae mileensis Herba were refluxed with 95% ethanol for 2 times,each time for 1.5 h.After treated with YCXY-2 and activated carbon for 30 min 2 times,the condensate was separated and the refined oleanolic acid was obtained.The oleanolic acid was confirmed by physicochemical constant determination,infrared spectrum analysis,mass spectrometric analysis,and NMR spectrum analysis.
