摘    要:外源抗虫基因的导入将导致植株本身生理代谢等方面发生改变,从而对植物原有抗虫防御体系产生影响。本文综述了外源基因导入对植株外部形态结构、内在生化抗性以及诱导抗性的影响,为外源、内源抗虫体系的相互利用以及抗性植物的研制与推广提供参考依据。

Abstract:The introduction of exogenous genes will cause physiological and metabolic changes and affect the defense system of plants against insect pests.This paper reviews the influence of exogenous genes on external morphological structure,internal biochemical resistance and induced resistance after introduction.It provides a basis for combining exogenous and endogenous plant pest resistance systems and research on the use of transgenic plants in the future.
