胰岛素不同给药方式治疗1型糖尿病临床疗效观察

目的：探讨胰岛素采用不同的给药方式对1型糖尿病患者临床治疗效果的影响。方法：回顾性分析了于2010．06．2012．10入住我院的60例1型糖尿病患者的临床资料，采用两种不同的给药方式：胰岛素泵持续皮下注射和胰岛素分次皮下注射，并检测以下指标以评判治疗方式优劣：血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生次数。结果：（1）两组不同给药方式患者的血糖达标时间存在显著的统计学差异（P〈0．05），两组患者的胰岛素用量也存在显著的统计学差异（P〈0．05）。（2）两组不同给药方式患者的低血糖发生次数之间存在显著的统计学差异（P〈0．01）。结论：胰岛素泵持续皮下注射是1型糖尿病患者血糖控制的最佳治疗方式。

The Study of the Therapeutic Effect on Different Ways of Insulin Treatment in Type 1 Diabetes

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect on different ways of insulin treatment in patients with type 1 diabetes. Methods： A retrospective analysis was made collecting 60 cases of patients with type 1 diabetes in our hospital from 2010.06 to 2012.10. All the patients were treated in two different ways of drug delivery： continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin pump and subcutaneous injection of insulin in several times, then the following indicators to judge the treatment effect were examined： time of glycemic control, dosage of insulin, the frequency of hypoglycaemia. Results： （1） The differences of time of glycemic control in two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the differences between insulin dosage which was using in two groups of patients were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. （2） The frequency of hypoglycaemia in patients between two groups was significant statistical difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin pump is the best treatment for glycemic control in patients with type 1 diabetes.
