| Abstract: | This paper reports on the first reliable capture of the Great White shark Carcharodon carcharias (length 126 cm, weight 16 kg) in Peter the Great Bay (Sea of Japan). Capture records of C. carcharias in the Far-Eastern seas of Russia are discussed. |
