| Abstract: | Germ cells in the developing rabbit testis were studied using a modified squash technique. Preleptotene figures present in the postnatal testis were examined and compared with corresponding stages in ovarian germ cells. The findings indicated differences in the pattern of preleptotene changes in the developing ovary and testis. |
