Abstract: | The adhesive-aggregative activity of blood platelets and the blood coagulation rate were compared in 125 healthy humans in the reaction of prompt adaptation (circadian rhythm, emotional stress, ACTH load) and 157 patients with cardiovascular diseases over the period of crisis and under acute pharmacological effects. The discovery of differently directed shifts of the blood platelets and plasma coagulative components of hemostasis suggested about the hemostatic function of blood platelets. |
