| Abstract: | This paper deals with the method and process of collection,preparation and preservation of lichen specimens based on the authors' experience in the work.The development of the molecular biology has provided opportunity for research and development of lichen resources and experimental lichen biology.So the authors emphasize that isolation and cultivation of mycobiont and photobiont are necessary during the field work for research and development of lichen resources and experimental lichen biology. |
