| Abstract: | Molecular probes based on 3-[(dodecylthiocarbonyl)methyl]glutarimide (DTCM-glutarimide) were synthesized and assessed for inhibitory activity against LPS-induced NO production. Among the probes examined, several derivatives exhibited potential for use in determining the target proteins of DTCM-glutarimide. |
