Crystallization of and preliminary X-ray data for bovine carbonic anhydrase III |

| Abstract: | Crystals of bovine carbonic anhydrase III have been grown in a solution of polyethylene glycol. The crystals are monoclinic, space group P2(1), with the unit cell parameters a = 50.6 A, b = 44.7 A, c = 56.9 A, and beta = 90.3 degrees. The asymmetric unit contains 1 molecule. The diffraction pattern extends beyond 2.0-A resolution. |
