摘    要:本文研究了几种植物激素对小球藻异养培养的影响。结果表明 ,IAA、IBA及 6_BA三种植物激素均不同程度地促进了小球藻的异养生长 ,培养≤ 36h时 ,IAA或IBA以 2 0mg/L的促进小球藻异养生长的效应最大 ,1 0 0mg/LIAA或IBA则抑制了藻的生长 ;>36h时 ,1 0 0mg/LIAA或IBA表现出促进小球藻生长的效应 ,并最终获最大净A540 增长量 ;6_BA以 0 1mg/L的促进作用最大。IBA与 6_BA组合同样表现出促进小球藻异养生长的效应 ,但并非IBA和 6_BA简单的加合效应 ,5mg/LIBA与 6_BA组合的效应维持 6_BA单因子的作用趋势 ,2 0mg/LIBA与 1mg/L 6_BA组合的效应大于与 0 .1mg/L 6_BA组合的 ,1 0 0mg/LIBA与 0 .1mg/L 6_BA组合的效应在≤ 36h时大于与 1mg/L 6_BA组合的 ,>36h时则相反。另外 ,高浓度IBA(≥ 2 0mg/L)与 6_BA组合抑制了前中期异养藻对葡萄糖的吸收 ,但加速了中后期葡萄的吸收。再者 ,IBA与 6_BA组合加速了异养小球藻对NO_3 的吸收。

Roles of Phytohormones in the Growth of Chlorella vulgaris in Heterotrophic Culture
Abstract:The effects of several kinds of plant hormones on heterotrophic culture of Chlorella vulgaris were researched. The results showed that plant hormones such as IAA, IBA and 6_BA could all stimulate the heterotrophic growth of Chlorella vulgaris in the heterotrophic culture to degrees. Within the culture time of 36 h, 20 mg/L IAA or IBA had the maximum stimulating effect on the heterotrophic growth. 100 mg/L IAA or IBA inhibited the heterotrophic growth within the culture time of 36 h but stimulated it after 36 h, and in the end the largest A 540 net increase was obtained by the treatment of 100 mg/L IAA or IBA. 6_BA enhanced the heterotrophic growth with the optimum concentration being 0.1 mg/L. The combination of IBA with 6_BA also stimulated the heterotrophic growth, but the stimulating effect was different from the simple adding effect of both IBA and 6_BA. The effect of the combination of 5 mg/L IBA with 6_BA was identical to the solely 6_BA effect. The combination of 20 mg/L IBA with 1 mg/L 6_BA had a greater stimulating effect than that of the combination of 20 mg/L IBA with 0.1 mg/L 6_BA. Moreover, within the culture time of 36 h, the effect of the combination of 100 mg/L IBA with 0.1 mg/L 6_BA was greater than that of the combination of 100 mg/L IBA with 1 mg/L 6_BA. However, after 36 h, the opposite was true. Furthermore, the results indicated that the combination of IBA equal to or more than 20 mg/L with 6_BA inhibited the uptake of glucose by the algae during the early middle culture stages and enhanced the uptake during the middle _late culture stages and that the combination of IBA with 6_BA stimulated the uptake of NO - 3 by the algae.
