| 摘 要： | 应用低强度Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光血管内照射（ＩＬＩＢ）疗法试治３２例冠心病患者，同时设正常对照２０例，进行血液流变学、血清ＭＤＡ水平及其它相关指标的疗前后对比检测。结果表明所有指标在ＩＬＩＢ治疗后比疗前有显著改善（Ｐ〈０．０１），与病情好转一致。作者认为ＩＬＩＢ不失为冠心病治疗的有效手段之一，其疗效机理有待进一步研究。

| Abstract: | The effect of intravascular laser irradiation of blood(ILIB) on the patients with coronary disease was performed.The results showed that the hemorrhologic properties,serous MDA level and other parameters were reduced significantly(P<0 01) after treatment with ILIB So that ILIB was considered an effectual remedy for coronary heart disease |
