| Abstract: | The health status and biological damage to trees in green areas of Syktyvkar are studied. Birch and poplar are dominant trees
among 103 species. The health status of trees is generally evaluated as good. The leaf damage by sucking and gnawing insects
is increased, and the activity of leaf-mining and gall-forming insects is reduced. We identified 56 species of herbivorous
arthropods, ten of which are new for the Komi Republic. |
