阪崎肠杆菌属肠杆菌科肠杆菌属,是人和动物肠道内寄生的一种革兰阴性无芽胞杆菌,属条件致病菌,能引起严重的新生儿脑膜炎、小肠结肠炎和菌血症,死亡率高达50%以上。阪崎肠杆菌耐酸、耐高温、耐干燥,对外界环境有较强的抵抗力。阪崎肠杆菌的微生物学检验方法,包括传统细菌学培养方法及各种基于聚合酶链反应（PCR）的分子生物学方法。

Research prograssing of Enterobacter sakazakii

Enterobacter sakazakii （ E. sakazakii） is a member of the genus Enterobacter in the family of Enterobacteriaceae, which is a kind of gram-negative and non-spore bacillus parasitism in intestines of human or animal. It is a condi- tioned pathogen and can cause severe neonatal meningitis, enteracolitis and bacteremia. Mortality rates from E. sakazakii in faction have been reported to be higher than 50%. E. sakazakii have relatively high resistance to high temperature, acid and dry environment. The main microbiological methods for detection of E. sakazakii includes conventional cultural methods and various molecular biological methods based on PCR.
