| Abstract: | A quantitative survey of the populations of ghost crabs on several beaches of varying exposure at Watamu, Kenya, indicates that Ocypode ceratophthalmus (Pallas) prefers more sheltered beaches and occurs lower on the shore than O. kuhlii de Haan. |
