肝细胞粘弹性实验研究

摘    要:采用微管吸吮技术考查肝实质细胞癌细胞粘弹性特性,并与采用秋水仙素处理微管蛋白后的肝癌细胞及正常胎肝细胞粘弹性进行对照。选择标准线性固体模型拟合实验结果并用三个粘弹性系数比较各组肝细胞的力学性质。实验结果表明肝实质细胞癌细胞较胎肝细胞更容易变形,而经秋水仙素处理后的肝癌细胞运动或变形能力下降,细胞刚性增加。正常胎肝细胞具有较高的弹性,类似于淋巴细胞核的力学性质。该结论还对定量研究肝瘤转移和治疗有方法学参考意义。

Abstract:A ndcropipehe aspiration technique was adopted to investigate the viscoelastic propertiesof hepatoCellular carcinorna (HCC) Cells, compact with colchicine-treatal HCC Cells and normal hUJnan fetal hepatoCytes (HFth). A standard linear solid model was employed to fit theexperimental data and three viscoelastic coeffi were used to compare the mechanical properties of HCC Cells, colchicine-treated HCC Cells and HFHs. Experimental results indicated thatthe HCC Cells are more defonnable than the HFHs, While the mobility and defonnability decrease and the rigidity increases for colchicine-treated HCC Cells. The viscoelastic propeds ofHFIn Which have high elastidty are quite close to htunan lymphoCyte nuclei properties. Thisconclution is also useful for the quantitative investigation on the tumor metastasis andhat to reveal a new methodology.
