| Abstract: | L-DOPA decarboxylase was purified from rat pheochromocytoma. Tryptic digestion of this enzyme permitted obtaining fourteen peptides. The comparison of the sequence of L-DOPA decarboxylase from other species with one of these peptides demonstrates a great preservation of this protein. |
