| Abstract: | Marine organism biomaterial is the compounds which is produce in the Marine organism. It have many active functions, can support the cell structure, protect the organism and facilitate the organism growth. The molecular structure has regulation repeat. The chemical compose include polysaccharides proteins and fats et al.. Most of the marine biomaterial have good bioactive properties. and abound in natural resource. This paper detailly introduce Chitin and derivative, Algin, Agar,Cattageenin and their uses in industry, agriculture, environment protection, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetics et al.. |
