| 摘 要： | 目的探讨EphA2和E-cadherin在乳腺癌中的表达并分析两者表达与预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测EphA2和E-cadherin在90例乳腺癌和20例乳腺良性病变组织中的表达,分析两者的表达情况与疾病的临床病理特征之间的关系及两种蛋白间的相关性。并分析90例乳腺癌患者的随访资料,判断EphA2和E-cadherin的表达与患者预后的关系。结果EphA2与E-cadherin在乳腺癌中阳性表达率分别为83.3%和35.6%,两者表达均与与肿瘤大小无关(P0.05);EphA2蛋白的阳性表达与组织学分级,临床分期,有无淋巴结转移有关(P0.05),而与病理类型无关(P0.05);E-cadherin蛋白的阳性表达与病理类型,组织学分级,临床分期,有无淋巴结转移有关(P0.05)。乳腺癌中EphA2和E-cadherin的蛋白表达呈负相关(r=-0.291,P0.05)。K-M法单因素分析显示EphA2蛋白的阳性表达患者5年生存率低于阴性患者(P0.05);E-cadherin蛋白的阳性表达患者5年生存率高于阴性患者(P0.05)。结论E-phA2和E-cadherin在乳腺癌中分别高表达和低表达,且均与乳腺癌预后密切相关,对判断乳腺癌的预后有重要预测意义。
