Abstract:A combination mass spectrometer inlet and oxygen electrode chamber has been devised which permits continuous sampling of O2 and any other gases of interest in liquid phases. The instrumentation used permits rapid time response and very high sensitivity. The application of this system to the study of photosynthetic reactions is described.
