| Abstract: | The scientific background of protein renaturation and the current states in understanding protein refolding mechanism were reviewed. The research advances in protein renaturation technology were introduced in detail. The technology includes the methods with dilution additives and various refolding promoters, the application of immobilized refolding promoters, size-exclusion chromatography and immobilized refolding-promoter chromatography. |
