摘    要:研究多巴胺(DA)及其激动剂阿扑吗啡(APO)和拮抗剂Domperidone(DOM)对不同性腺发育时期和不同年龄雌鲤促性腺激素(GtH)分泌活动的影响。结果表明:鲤鱼基础GtH分泌具有明显的季节性变化,表现为血清GtH含量在性腺发育早期较低,性腺成熟期升高,到性腺退化期又降低。DA和APO对GtH分泌的抑制作用及DOM对GtH分泌的刺激作用在不同性腺发育时期为:性腺发育早期〉性腺成熟期〉性腺退化

Abstract:The effects of DA, APO and DOM on serum GtH levels of common carp at different ages (from 6 months to 2-3 years ) and in different stages of ovarian development were investigated. There is a seasonal variation in basal serum GtH levels throughout the reproductive cycle, which is found to be synchronized with the changes in GSI. Seasonal changes in the inhibitory effects of DA and APO and the stimulative effect of DOM on the GtH levels were significant, being highest in sexually early stage fish, then in sexually mature fish, and lowest in sexually regressed fish. The basal GtH level in 6 months fish was higher than those in 2-3 years and 1 year fish. The effects of DA and APO on GtH inhibition and DOM on GtH release were highest in 6 months fish, then in 1 year fish, and lowest in 2-3 years fish. These results suggested that the effect of aging on DA and APO -inhibited and DOM-stimulated GtH release is present.
