| 摘 要： | 由于意识障碍的病因复杂,个体差异较大,对这类患者的诊断和治疗仍存在较多问题。近年来电生理技术、影像学和精准治疗技术的不断发展使得意识障碍的相关研究取得了诸多实质性进展,包括识别患者残余意识、解释意识恢复的生物学机制以及精准治疗技术对受损神经通路的重建等。本文回顾了意识障碍的诊断评估及无创精准治疗的研究进展,并讨论了新兴技术手段在检测意识水平和预测意识恢复方面的重要作用,提出了该领域目前研究存在的不足之处。期望对相关的研究人员具有一定的指导意义。
