| 摘 要： | 寡核苷酸探针的标记非常重要。近年来 ,用荧光染料对探针进行非放射性标记受到很大重视 ,并取得了迅速发展 ,广泛应用于核酸序列测定、基因检测以及疾病诊断等。以下就寡核苷酸探针的荧光标记及其应用作一简要综述。
