Abstract:SOD activity and helix content were increased,and SOD random coil content and hydrophobicity were reduced by kinetin(KT);SOD sheet content was hardly influenced by KT.SOD activity and helix content were lowered,and SOD random coil content and hydrophobicity were elevated by abscisic acid(ABA);SOD sheet content was not influenced by ABA.SOD activity was inhibited and the hydrophobicity and the sheet content were increased,SOD random coil content was decreased; the helix content was slightly influenced by malonaldehyde (MDA).
