姜黄素类似物EF24对HepG2及斑马鱼胚胎发育的影响

摘    要:为探讨姜黄素类似物EF24对肝癌细胞的影响以及对脊椎动物的毒性,以EF24对HepG2和斑马鱼胚胎进行处理,发现低浓度的EF24对HepG2达到较好的杀伤效果,IC50为29.38umol/L。对斑马鱼胚胎,当受精卵发育6h为敏感期,EF24的安全浓度达100mg/L。而从400mg/L高浓度开始出现畸形和死亡,如卵黄弥散、胚胎在外包期死亡、囊胚期胚胎动物极弥散、脊柱弯曲、发育不全等现象。EF24是一种对肝癌细胞有较强的杀伤效果且安全的潜在药物。

Abstract:To explore the impact of curcumin analogs EF24 on HHC(hepatoma carcinoma cell)and the toxicity on vertebrate,we use EF24 to deal with HepG2 and zebra fish embryo.We found that EF24 shows fine depression effect to zebra fish embryo in lower concentration,and its IC50 is 29.38umol/L.It is the best sensitive time when fertilized ovum has developed at 6 hours.EF24 is still safe to embryos in the concentration of less than 100mg/L,while it can lead to malformation and death in high concentration for more than 40...
