摘    要:对代谢网络的"蝴蝶结"结构进行研究吸引了众多科研人员的关注。当前,基于复杂网络理论的全局拓扑结构特征已经被广泛用于研究这种"蝴蝶结"结构的组织原则,然而基于局域结构特征的研究相对较少。本文分析了10种有机物代谢网络及其相应的巨强连通体部分的网络模体(即频繁的子图)。结果显示代谢网络及其相应的巨强连通体部分的网络模体非常相似,这从局域结构特征的角度论证了代谢网络巨强连通体部分的重要性。

Abstract:A number of recent studies have focused on the "bow tie" structure in metabolic networks.Currently,global topological structural properties of this character have been thorough studied for understanding the organizational principles,while the local structure is still not fully understood.In this short communication,comparative analyzed network motifs(i.e.frequent sub-graph)in metabolic network and their giant strong component(GSC) of 10 organisms is presented.The results suggest that the motifs found are quite consistent between the metabolic network and corresponding GSC,which might demonstrate the fundamentality of GSC from a local point of view.
