| 摘 要： | 为了探索分子生物学实验教学新模式，提高本科生在实验中应用理论知识的能力，设计了从胰腺癌细胞中克隆弹性蛋白酶（Elastase 3A，ELA3A）基因的综合性开放实验，该实验由学生查阅资料，自行设计，在教师的指导下最终完成。从效果来看，不仅使学生对分子克隆技术有了总体的了解和把握，而且激发了他们对这门学科的兴趣和学习主动性。
