不同诱导源对柞蚕蛹血淋巴及生殖腺中抗菌物质产生的影响

摘    要:比较了不同诱导源对诱导柞蚕蛹血淋巴中抗菌活力的动力学变化。各种化学试剂包括生理盐水都能诱导产生抗菌物质。在不引起死亡的刺激量下,刺激量愈大,诱导的抗菌活力愈高。不同金属络合剂所诱导产生的抗菌物质组份可有很大区别。如二氮杂菲使P_(9E)及P_(9A)的组份比例增高,而EDTA则可提高P_(9B)及P_(9D)组份的比例。P_(9E)和P_(9A),P_(9D)和P_(9B)的产生分别有对应关系,讨论了是否由两个不同基因所控制。 大肠杆菌诱导后的柞蚕蛹,除在血淋巴中测得抗菌活力,在雌雄的生殖腺内含物中也能测得。摘除生殖腺后虽然在血淋巴中仍能诱导出抗菌物质,但应答较慢,活力也较小,也可能由于手术创伤较大,同样的刺激量容易引起死亡。

Abstract:The induction kinetics of bacteriolytic activity in the hemolymph of Chinese oak silk moth (Antheraea pernyi) pupae were investigated after injection with various chemical reagents. All of these, including ordinaly saline, could induce bacteriolytic activity. The activity depended on the amount of the reagents used at dosages below the lethal ones.The different metalchelating reagenta were capable of producing different component patterns of immune peptides. For instance,PθA and PθE were the major components in the case of injection of phenanthroline with viable E. coli, while PθB and PθD were mainly produced by immunization with a mixture of EDTA and viable E.coli. Furthermore, the response of PθB was parallel with that of PθD, the same being the case with PθA and P9E. It was therefore assumed that there should be two genes, each responsible for PθB, PθD and for PθA, PθE, respectively.Apart from the hemolymph,bacteriolytic activity was also found in the female or male sexual glands of pupae immunized with viable E. coli. When the sexual gland was excised, the bacteriolytic activity could still be observed in the hemolymph. However, the responce time was delayed for 15 hrs,and the bacteriolytic activity was lower than the normal.In addition, the pupae showed a tendency to be oversensitive to the immunization procedure due probably to the operation injury.
