| Abstract: | The reaction of suitably protected nucleosides with phosphinic acid in the presence of condensing agents has been investigated and applied for the preparation of nucleoside 3'-H-phosphonothioates. Studies on synthesis and separation of diastereoisomers of nucleoside 3'-methylphosphonothioates are also discussed. |
