摘    要:目的通过鼠尾皮肤循环移植和生化标记法检测DA大鼠的生化标记基因,为动物实验的研究提供丰富的动物基因库。方法采用鼠尾皮肤循环移植法观察自体与异体皮片成活率,采用蛋白质与同工酶醋酸纤膜电泳法,对试验DA大鼠进行碱性磷酸酶等11个生化标记基因位点进行确定。结果DA大鼠自体与异体移植的皮片在100 d的观察期间全部成活,DA大鼠11个生化标记基因位点均为纯合的。结论DA大鼠生化位点的确定,奠定了DA大鼠的生化位点遗传概貌的理论基础,为进一步研究DA大鼠提供遗传学资料。

Abstract:Objective To detect the genes of inbred strain DA rat by skingrafting and genetic biolchemical labeling. Methods The survivalrate of self and Variant were observed by skingrafting, and 11 alleles, including Akp-1 and others, were assayed in the inbred DA rat by genetic biolchemical labeling technique. Result The free skin graft of self and Variant are all alive during 100 days,and 11 alleles,including Akp-1 and others are all homozygous. Conclusion The definite of biochemical locus establish the rationale of hereditary atlas and provid the invaluable resource for experimental animal research as well.
