肾大部切除大鼠肾衰模型制备方法

摘    要:目的探讨一次手术建立大鼠肾大部切除肾衰模型的可行性。方法取雄性SD大鼠40只随机平均分为两组构建大鼠肾大部切除肾衰模型,A组采用传统的两次手术造模,B组采用改良的一次手术的方法;比较两组模型的死亡率、成功率。结果两组间各指标无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。结论一次手术建立大鼠肾大部切除肾衰模型是简便易行,是值得推荐的一种肾大部切除术式。

Abstract:Objective To verify the feasibility of establishing an animal model of chronic renal failure induced by subtotal nephrectomy with one-step operation in rats. Methods 40 Male SD rats were divided into operation group and control group randomly. Control group was subject to two-step operation and operation group was subject to one-step operation. The mortality and operation success ratio between the two groups were compared. Results All the indexes compared are non-statistics difference between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Animal model of chronic renal failure was carried out successfully by one-step operation, which was easy to carry out.
