摘    要:目的:探讨工作-家庭冲突和职业枯竭的关系。方法:采用问卷法调查了249名IT职员。结果:分层回归分析的结果显示,在控制了人口统计学变量之后,工作-家庭冲突所解释的方差变异量,在情绪衰竭、去人性化和成就感低落三个维度上分别增加了44%、25%和16%。结论:工作-家庭冲突可有效地预测职业枯竭。

Relationship Between Work-Family Conflict and Job Burnout of IT staffs

Abstract:Objective: To explore the relationship between work-family conflict and job burnout of IT staffs. Methods: 249 1T staffs were assessed by Work Interference With Family and Family Interference With Work and Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey. Results: Hierarchical regression analysis indicated that the work-family conflict was a powerful predictor of job burnout beyond demographic variables. Variance of the three components of job burnout, emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment, explained by work-family conflict, was 44%, 25% and 16%. Conclusion: Work-family conflict is a potent predictor on IT staffs' job burnout.
