宫腔镜联合米索前列醇在绝经后妇女取IUD中的应用

目的比较分析绝经后妇女应用米索前列醇和宫腔镜取器的效果。方法随机分为联合组和常规组各192例，观察两组在应用宫腔镜时软化宫颈、手术时间、疼痛和出血量等情况。结果联合组宫颈软化效果好、手术时间短、疼痛轻、出血少。结论术前3天服用尼尔雌醇，可有效扩张宫颈口，术前加用米索前列醇，能有效软化和扩张宫颈，提高宫颈容受性，减少取器障碍，缩短取器时间，提供手术的成功率。
