Partial Purification and Characterization of Cystine Lyase from Cabbage (Brassica oleracea var capitata)

Abstract:Cabbage (Brassica oleracea var capitata) leaves were used as a source of cystine lyase. Diethylaminoethyl-cellulose chromatography resolved two peaks of activity, designated I and II.
