| Abstract: | The transesterification of O-TFA, N-TFA, n-butyl ester derivatives of some hydroxylated amino acids was studied by gas—liquid chromatography and combined gas—liquid chromatography—mass spectrometry. Changes in elution patterns and fragmentation of the two different O-derivatives are discussed. |
