川西低山区土壤侵蚀经济损失及其评估模式——以名山县蒙山为例

摘    要:借助中国坡面土壤流失预报方程(CSLE)估算研究区的土壤侵蚀量,并重点对该区土壤侵蚀生态经济损失进行计算和分析,结果表明研究区土壤侵蚀的直接经济总损失为1776.387万元,占同期当地第一产业总产值的5.001%,其中经济损失最严重的是林地和坡耕地,其次探讨了水土流失生态.经济面积边际损失比的概念,通过分析得出侵蚀所造成的直接经济边际损失每增加1万元,在此基础上,其生态价值的边际损失将增加76—91元。

Abstract:Based on geographical information system technology, DEM of the area and CSLE model and according to the basic principles and methods of environment economics, the value losses of soil erosion of Meng Mountain was analyzed and estimated. The results showed that the total economic loss of water and soil loss was more than 12921.548yuan in 2004. And the direct economic loss value was 1776.387yuan. It was 5.001% of the first industry GDP of the year and the paper concluded that the economic loss of soil erosion in study area was 344.221 yuan/km^2 in 2004. The losse of nutrient and organic matter was 1639.11yuan and it was 92.31% of total direct economic loss of soil erosion and their loss proportion was greatest one in these valuated factors. Secondly for the soil water losses and it was 2.83 % of total direct economic losses of soil erosion. Among different land use types, the economic value losses of soil erosion in forestland and sloping farmland were the most serious in the study area, they were 86.813yuan and 483. 184yuan, accounting for 48.91% and 27.20% of total direct economic loss of soil erosion, respectively. It made clear that forestland and sloping farmland were the keys of harnessing soil erosion. Then this paper discussed the assessment model of economy loss and eco-value loss of soil and water loss. The calculating model was built, and the ratio of eco-economy area marginal loss on soil and water loss were analyzed. The results indicated that the direct economic marginal loss increased 10000yuan, based on the foundation, the eco-economy marginal loss would increased 76- 91yuan among five land use types.
